From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, and it really showed in the small details. The room was bright, airy, and well laid out, with a great balance of comfort and style. What stood out most was how relaxing the atmosphere was — quiet halls, cozy bedding, and everything working perfectly. It felt like a true home away from home. I’ll happily return on my next trip and recommend this hotel without hesitation. The house keeping staff was amazing.

We had a lovely Valentine’s Day dinner at Nine Lounge. The atmosphere was romantic and stylish, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The drinks were amazing—beautifully made and tasted great. Overall, it was a perfect place for a romantic night out. Highly recommended!

This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel was well-maintained, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and included thoughtful touches like complimentary water and toiletries. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always available to assist with local recommendations or directions. The breakfast offered a decent variety and was a great way to start the day. I truly appreciated the quiet ambiance, which made it feel like a home away from home.

Very good value. Ideally suited just a short walk (20 mins) from the O2. Check in and out was very straightforward and hassle free. Staff were very polite and attentive. Room was very nice for the price, with comfortable beds. Our only small issue was the shower filled up with water quicker than it could drain away, even the very low setting, and then seeped out of the door onto bathroom floor. Will definitely stay again.

I wouldn't want to pay £250 for a room which is what they're going for now BUT I have to say, we got a room for £80 and it was good enough, really a bargain, rooms were not fully clean (sugar - I hope- all over the floor and it clearly hadn't been hoovered) but had some nice amenities and overall fresh decor and well designed e.g. USB plugs, mirrors, good lighting. The parking is ridiculous, bins everywhere so you can't get your car in, on their website it says spaces are big enough for large cars but not sure that's true, one space is blocked almost completely by a lamppost, however, we were lucky to get on road parking down the road for free. Some issues with that is the area didn't seem great (cars had clearly been left a long time and there was a lot of dust and debris) but it was definitely a win compared to £22 per night parking. The receptionist, who's accent was very strong and so was hard to understand, had absolutely no idea about the parking along the street and whether it was ticketed and insisted there was parking outside the hotel when we asked, when we told her there was rubbish in the way (mountains of bin bags and genuinely, someone's front porch) she didn't seem to care or be able to offer us an alternative or provide assurance that we would be able to park on street just down the road (50m from hotel). The host to the sky lounge didn't know if there was a bus route and she seemed slightly standoffish at first- though ended up polite and cracked a smile in the end. There's no alcohol in the sky bar- just shish and Asian cuisine. You absolutely cannot fault the location for the O2 Arena, it was worth the money for that alone as it was a simple 10 minute walk. Apparently there was a shuttle bus (service 180) but we didn't need it. The bed was comfy, pillows were very soft, if you don't like sleeping flat then maybe bring your own. Hotel wasn't too noisy. I think with a bit of a conscious effort to clear the bins and rubbish which was a juxtaposition to the cool dog and inside of the lobby, it would be worth a bit more money. Otherwise, £80-150 is about right for the location.

Me and my partner really enjoyed this hotel. In great distance from the 02 roughly 15min walk. We stayed here for James Arthur and our 6th valentines together! We walked into a decorated room and was greeted with a warm welcome. Would recommend this hotel to anyone! Parking isn’t great but we was. Lucky enough to get a spot! Thank you.

Great location for the O2 within walking distance. The branded and coloured theme does make the hotel stand out from other budget chains, and thought quality of bathroom and features such as fridge and safe which don't always come as standard in the price range represented good value. Staff friendly at check in and check out. Our window didn't fully close but still wasn't too noisy or drafty (we had the big red dog right outside our window!). Would recommend for O2 gigs and likely use again if we're attending

A lovely hotel for the location of the O2, just a little walk. The hotel is self was modern and vibrant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. Our shower was lukewarm and the toilet seemed loose. The breakfast was ok,but no fried eggs and sausages were burnt, but overall was a good hotel for what we needed it for. I would book here again if coming to the O2 or surrounding area.
